Discover a whole host of products associated with the mind, body and spirit genre, fair trade and eco friendly products and other unusual items not easily found in High Street shops.
MBS Fairs provide FREE talks, demonstrations or workshops each day to further provide information on a variety of associated topics. These include talks on Angels, crystals, palmistry and astrology, a demonstration of mediumship and demonstrations of various therapies are usually to be found on the programme.

Spiritual Holistic Therapist and Counsellor, born in India
having a lifetime of experience in Alternative Therapies &
Herbal Medicine. She is emphasising on teaching Self-Help
with hand, Ear Reflexology and Pranayama Yoga ('Prana'
means life force 'Ayama' means development). She strongly
believes that body can heal itself completely all we need is
our cost free efforts once we learn how. Usha is specialising
in Aurvedic Reflexology, Authentic Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder,
and Back Massage, Reiki and Hopi ear Candles.
All proceeds are donated to Free Charitable Hospitals in India.
